Informative Lecture - Depression

One person out of five will have an episode of depression at least once in their lifetime. So why not learn more about it? This lecture will help you to better understand what this mental health disorder is and will teach you concrete ways to deal with it better, whether you are a person with a mental illness or you have a loved one who is affected.

This training is part of the Veteran Family Program in collaboration with the Family Liaison Officer.
