The Family Liaison Officer (FLO) works in the offices of the Transition Centre. The FLO’s role is to provide personalized care, services and support to military families dealing with the illness, injury or the death of a CAF member.

Illness, injury and death often happen without warning and can cause a lot of turmoil within a family. We therefore offer accessible professional services.

• Workshops and training on psychosocial topics;
•  Support groups; 
• Psychosocial consultation: individual, marital or family; 
• Organization of retirement: psychosocial transition strategies for soldiers and their spouses; 
• Etc.
